Drifter's

We went here for my birthday. It was incredibly disappointing. We had the crab dip and the pretzel braid to start. The pretzel braid was ok. The cheese sauce that came with it was good. The crab dip was disgusting. Out of the six of us we didn't even eat half of it. The pretzel that was served with the crab dip was better than the pretzel braid and probably the best thing we had. My husband had the Havana sandwich with fries. There was very little meat on the sandwich, and he said it wasn't very good. My mom and another got the wedge salad. They were literally served in a plastic togo containers. Neither finished their meals. My step-dad had the shrimp tacos which he said were pretty good. But the man will eat 2 week old chicken salad; so take that with a grain of salt. My sister and I both had crab legs. They were covered in leech eggs. Which after some googleing, we found out are not harmful to humans, but... YUCK! The service was ok. It took a long time for drinks and food, but the waitress was friendly. The atmosphere was ok. We sat outside with a view of mostly docked boats in the marina and not really lake views as the location is at the very end of a cove. Overall not worth it. It does well because there are no other options and they serve drinks at a marina. Don't go out of your way to eat here.
